INVITATION
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
During the last decades the construction works of tunnels and metropolitans
in different countries around the world are characterized with considerable
increase.
Hundreds of kilometers road and railroad tunnels and tunnels for the metropolitan
railways in various engineering and geological, situational and level circumstances
have been build.
In order to exchange the accumulated experience and on the occasion of
the tenth anniversary from putting in exploitation of the fist metro section
of the metro in Sofia, it's our honor to invite you to participate at the
International Scientific and Technical Jubilee Conference on the "Tunnel
and Metro Constructions. Ten Years of the Sofia Metro".
The conference will be held on the 28th and 29th January 2008 in the National
House of Science and Techniques in Sofia, 108, Rakovski Str.
The participants at the conference will listen to the invited reports and
will exchange scientific and practical experience in the sphere of the
tunnel and metro constructions, of the systems for management and functioning
of these equipments. They will establish personal and business contacts
and will be introduced to the constructed and coming metro extension in
Sofia.

for the papers and the abstracts
Abstracts:
The
abstract must be in Bulgarian and English language. They shouldn't be more
than 200 words. The size of the letters should be 10 pt, with font - Times
New Roman, Italic.

for receipt of abstracts - 30.10.2007.

- up to 8 standard pages, (format A4/210 x 297mm.) including the figures,
tables and the reference, witli intervals: on top, underneath, left and
right-20mm.The papers have to be in Bulgarian and English language.

of the main text - Times New Roman, with size 12 pt and 1.5 Space.

- Centered with capital letters, bold letters with size 12 pt. Under the
title should be the name, surname and e-mail address of the author.

in the text - Centered and underlined.

- Black and white computer graphics and drafts, put in a proper place in
the text /in the text's frame/.

Participation
fee includes: participation in sessions, a set of documents and proceeding,
cocktail, coffee and soft drinks during the meetings. Gala dinner.
The
accompanying person and the exhibitors will not receive the proceeding.
Exhibition
and advertisement
During
the conference companies and organizations can present and advertise their
materials and production in the organized by NHST exhibition. The
price
for participation is 60 BGN/m2 (for mm. 2 square meters occupied area).
Presentation
of the companies during the conference will be charged by 20 BGN/min.
One
page of the advertisement in the proceeding in format A4 - black and white
is 350 BGN, colored - 500 BGN.
Accommodation
in hotels
For the
conference participants will be made advanced reservations in hotels close
to the place where the conference is going to be held.
The
reservation should be made with attached registration form.
The
accommodation in hotel is after 14 o'clock in the day of arrival, and leaving
- till 12 o'clock in the day of departure.
